Calm Apartments

The apartment is let as a whole and sleeps up to 4 people. The host aims it mainly at digital nomads, professionals and remote workers on medium to long stays, thanks to fast internet and a dedicated workspace. Shorter stays are possible too: there is no minimum number of nights. You get your own kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, TV, heating, air conditioning and a balcony. Wi-Fi and cleaning are included. The building has a lift, a terrace, a concierge service and an outdoor pool that is open in the summer season. Private parking is available at an extra charge. Staff speak English, Spanish, French and Italian. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed, including stag or hen events. A deposit of € 1,000 is mandatory, charged by bank transfer 7 days before arrival and refunded within 7 days of check-out. Cash is not accepted. No extra beds are available, and there is no minimum age at check-in. The Sagrada Família is less than 1 km away, with La Pedrera, Passeig de Gràcia and Casa Batlló also nearby. Barcelona - El Prat airport is 15 km away.
